I received your banking details from the educational institution and paid the fees. Why is my profile still locked?

We do not give educational institutions our banking details. Payments are only done via the online payment portal called Netcash or our FNB bank account (with your personalised reference code). You will find the various payment methods, banking details and reference numbers on the RPL/ Entrance exam website. If you have paid the educational institution for this process, you will need to get a refund from them and follow the online payment portal on the RPL/ Entrance Exam website to continue.
