When making a payment, it is always important to reference correctly, in order to allow Sage Pay or PayFast to track your payment and to send your payment reference to the RPL Management System. Now, it's possible that you may make an error when referencing your payment. So, how do we suggest should you deal with this problem? We have two possible options:
- If you paid the college directly, please ask them to refund your money and go back online and use the correct reference so that we can track your payment.
- If referenced incorrectly but you paid on our online system, please send us your proof of payment showing the reference you used to rpla@nome.co.za. We will allocate the funds to your online profile and let you know when you can proceed. Please indicate your name, surname, contact details, educational institution as well as course as well, to enable us to find and allocate your payment.
Note, that we cannot guarantee that Sage Pay or PayFast will find your incorrect payment. If this is the case, you may have to repay again.
