For now, you do not have to certify your ID Document (Identity Document) or other certificates and evidence. This arrangement will be in effect until the college demands that documents are certified.
If you follow the conditional exemption process for USAf, you will, however, have to notarise your ID and certificates at a lawyer or get it stamped and signed at the registrar's office. No certified documents done via the Commissioner of Oaths will be accepted. All applications done this way will be rejected by USAf.
